Branding, digital design, app design 2019–2021
Supported by the ecommerce platform Salesforce, Brooks Brothers launched a mobile app in 2018 to expand its online presence. My role was to provide frontend support, which included cropping images, adapting web content for the app interface, and ensuring all assets were compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). In addition to conducting indepth research on design formats, I collaborated with the ecommerce team on quality assurance. During the peak of COVID in 2020, while most Brooks Brothers stores remained closed, the app became an essential platform for frequent shoppers. It received an average score of 4.5/5 from 4,600 reviews on the App Store.
