Branding, digital design, app design 2019–2021
With support from e–commerce platforms Salesforce and Predict Spring, Brooks Brothers launched a mobile app to enhance online shopping experience beyond its website. My role was to provide front end support, including transforming responsive web design to the app interface and making sure font size and colors were compliant to ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) rules, among many elements of assistive technology. Other than conducting in-depth research on design formats, I worked with e-commerce specialists on quality assurance. During the peak of COVID in 2020, while most stores remained closed, the app became an essential platform for frequent shoppers. It was rated 4.5 out of 5 from 4,600 reviews on the App Store.
